Today Steve was really hurting and experiencing lots of pain. After the doctor appt. he felt dizzy and nauseous. So he skipped lunch and went right to bed right around 1:30 and stayed there. The ankle that is so painful is causing a hindrance to Steve’s walking, and much time is spent in therapy just stretching out the tendons to relieve the pain. It’s been 12 weeks since Steve had a major ischemic stroke. Six of those weeks have been spent at Woodside Nursing Home where he is presently.
